Here we go

  • Shadow Full Size (e/s is about 1.25 to 1.5 tsp) - $5.90 (was 5.25)
  • Shadow Mini (sample)  - 1/3tsp = $2 (was $1.75 for 1/4tsp)
  • Arcane Shadow Full Size - $6.35 (was $5.95)
  • Arcane Shadow Mini  - 1/4tsp = $2 (was $1.75 for 1/8tsp  -see, twice as much for .25 more)
  • City Glam Mini - 1/4tsp =$2 (was $1.75 for 1/8tsp. Full size price did not increase)
  • Fluff - reduced in price by .50 (not including sample)
  • Pixie Epoxy - reduced in price by .50 (not including sample)

Buying 3 Mini shadows does not equal a full size amount though. Shadow jars are packed down, and have about one and a quarter to one and a half teaspoons of shadow.

We did not change jar sizes or styles. On my way to edit photos of the "new" shades that have been promised since January. Please email if you have any questions or if we majorly messed up something. staff@fyrinnae dot com , no spaces of course.

Changing

Of course many people are not the least bit happy about a price change. Yet it has to be either that or ditch the free shipping. I pay out quite a hefty amount to the postal service each week: an average $25-$30 overseas order costs about $4-$6 to send. By contrast, the same for domestic is around $2-$2.60.

An announcement

It has been decided.  (cue doom music)

Prices and product sizes will change. Only on some things, and nothing very much. Sizes will not go down. This is very difficult for me to do. We have lowered prices on several products over the years, but I just have to face the fact that after leases, equipment, product ingredients and packaging, not to mention the postage costs, are paid, there is very little left to pay for those little things like food, clothing, mortgage.

The new shades won't be released until this is done, but we keep putting those off because of the constant high order volume, and when anything new comes out, it triples. Still haven't done photos of the new shades. I was planning to tend to that this weekend, but before I knew it, Sunday had arrived and we're preparing many shipments for tomorrow.
