I would like to thank you, many of you, for your blog posts regarding our shipping structure change. All that really changed was the minimum for free shipping, the low rates for smaller orders didn't get altered much. I really appreciate the kind words and support. If you've been "around" a while, you know that I detest raising prices, so I had put this off for many months.

Along those lines, I wanted to spotlight a few bloggers as I've done in the past. As much as we appreciate all of you, I'm going to post some newer links that I haven't before. Some I just came across in the past few days. Hopefully I'll remember to come back here and post more later in the week, and if you have suggestions, feel free to share in the comments, including your own. Quick note regarding shipping changes

I did increase the free shipping amount  today after wanting to do so for months, because over the past few years, offering free shipping on all orders over such a low amount ends up being very costly. You may have seen when my chemist 'tweeted' that October's USPS totals were more than what he makes in a month, which was true. The fall is always our busiest time of the year, and September and October saw three times the order volume of last year at that time. Of course I needn't explain a reason for the change, but I prefer to let our clientelle know what's going on when major changes are made. The low postage rates are still there for orders under $40. It is as follows:

Small orders have low rates: Shipping cost for US orders under $40 is from $1.75 to $3.00 (First class).

Shipping cost for orders under $40 to Canada is from $2.25 to $3.25.

Shipping cost for orders under $40 to all other worldwide destinations is from $2.75 to $4.00.
